An accomplished executive with over 12 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industries, he is known for his strategic vision, results-oriented leadership, and consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes—including three consecutive years of 20% revenue growth and a 21.5% EBIT margin at Space Machine & Engineering.

Burke Franklin

VP of Patent and Contract Management

Burke Franklin is a systems thinker and veteran entrepreneur known for building tools that help businesses scale with clarity and integrity. As the creator of BizPlanBuilder and founder of Business Power Tools, Burke has helped thousands of startups and advisors structure their growth.

At Skyliners Global, he oversees operations, documentation systems, and modular integration, bringing decades of experience in business architecture, software design, and strategic execution to the flight deck.

Patrick Scanlan

VP of Marketing

Patrick Scanlan is the Vice President of Marketing at Skyliners Global. He has worked with multiple startups throughout college and after graduation, gaining hands-on experience in brand development, digital strategy, and audience growth.

As a young and driven marketing professional, Patrick brings energy, creativity, and focus to every project. He is passionate about helping new ideas gain visibility and building strong, authentic connections between brands and their audiences.

Stephanie Roberts

IT and Grants Manager

Stephanie Roberts has over 15 years of information technology experience in higher education. At Emory University, she led systems support and project management across academic and administrative teams, with a focus on improving operations and aligning technology with organizational goals.She holds a Master of Science in Public Health Informatics from the Rollins School of Public Health and brings a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to her work in IT and grants management.
